1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or participating in classes, events, memberships, or retreats, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Memberships & Class Packages

  • Memberships are non-transferable.
  • Pricing and schedules are subject to change.
  • Unused classes expire per package terms.
  • Failure to attend a reserved class may result in forfeiture per studio policy.

3. Health & Participation

You acknowledge that yoga and fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. You affirm that you are physically able to participate and will notify the instructor of any medical conditions.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with:

  • Yoga practice
  • Heated environments
  • Physical adjustments
  • Use of equipment
  • Travel and excursions (for retreats)

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Hot Yoga and its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Illness
  • Property damage
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Travel disruptions
  • Acts of third parties

6. International Retreat Disclaimer

For retreats outside the United States:

  • Participants are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, and medical insurance.
  • The Company is not responsible for airline cancellations, political unrest, natural disasters, illness, or force majeure events.
  • Participants assume all travel-related risks.

7. Refund Policy (Retreats)

  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Remaining balances are subject to the specific cancellation policy provided at booking.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

8. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, illness outbreaks, or acts of God.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
