Prepare to sweat and feel amazing! Before you step onto the mat, here’s what you’ll need:
✔ A yoga mat (We have rentals available if needed!)
✔ A large towel (or a yoga towel for extra grip)
✔ A water bottle (Stay hydrated throughout your practice!)
✔ Lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing (For comfort in the heated studio)
💡 Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable with the studio. And most importantly—bring an open mind and a willingness to have fun!
